Description: This is the "base" layer for our parcel layer. It is derived from importing CAD drawn data. Primarily the "GIS.dwg" file.In general, it is based on known surveys tied to GPS points. The expected accuracy goal is +/- 2 feet in the Urban areas. It is +/- 5' in semi-rural areas like Bridgeport Bar and parts of the Columbia River Shoreline.
The expected accuracy in the rural areas could be upwards of hundreds of feet off from the true location. Generally I would expect it to be in the 10 to 20 foot range. It needs to be linked to an SQL Query from the Assessors T2 database to see the Assessment Fields. Currently that is "dbo.GIS_ParcelData" query located on the Black server.
